Our commitment
Book A Corner Sociedad Limitada, operating as Crenex, is committed to protecting the personal data provided by prospects, customers, collaborators, suppliers and website visitors. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), applicable Spanish data-protection law and the principles described below.
1. Scope and personal data we collect
This policy applies to the Crenex marketing website, its demo-request form and direct enquiries made to Crenex.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact and professional details, such as your name, company, work email address, role and market.
- Information you choose to provide about your portfolio, business requirements, systems or requested demo.
- Correspondence and follow-up information created when we respond to your enquiry.
- Technical and security information processed by our hosting or form-service providers, such as IP address, browser information, request time and anti-spam signals.
- Customer, supplier or collaborator information required to administer an existing commercial relationship.
Please do not submit sensitive personal data through the demo-request form.
2. How we collect personal data
We obtain personal data directly from you when you submit a form, email us, request information, participate in a meeting or enter into a business relationship with Crenex. We may also receive professional contact data from your organisation, a referral, an event or another legitimate business source.
If you provide information about another person, you must be authorised to do so and ensure that person understands how their information will be used.
3. Why we process personal data
We may use personal data to:
- Respond to demo requests, questions, complaints, security reviews and other enquiries.
- Prepare and follow up a product demonstration or technical discovery session.
- Manage customer, supplier, partner and collaborator relationships.
- Provide contracted services and administer the related commercial relationship.
- Maintain the security and proper operation of the website and prevent spam, abuse or fraud.
- Comply with legal, accounting, tax, regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Send relevant business communications where permitted by law and allow you to opt out at any time.
4. Legal bases
The legal basis depends on the interaction:
- Your request or consent when you ask us to contact you or send information.
- Steps taken before entering into a contract and performance of a contract with you or your organisation.
- Our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, operating and securing the website, developing commercial relationships and improving our services, provided those interests do not override your rights.
- Compliance with a legal obligation where processing is required by applicable law.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before that point.
5. Service providers and recipients
We do not sell personal data. Access may be provided only where necessary to service providers acting on our instructions, members of the Crenex team with a business need, professional advisers, public authorities or other recipients required by law.
The demo form currently uses FormSubmit to receive and forward form submissions by email. The website is hosted through GitHub Pages. Those providers may process limited personal or technical data needed to deliver, secure and operate their services under their own terms and privacy documentation.
Where a customer deployment uses other providers or integrations, the applicable contract and deployment documentation define the processing scope and responsibilities.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside Spain or the European Economic Area. Where GDPR requires it, we use or rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards recognised by applicable law. You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, while a relevant business or contractual relationship exists, and for any additional period required to comply with law or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or securely restricted in accordance with the applicable retention requirements.
8. Security
We apply organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use appropriate care when deciding what information to submit through a public website.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
This version of the Crenex website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Essential security or anti-spam technologies used by the form provider may use cookies or similar signals when you submit a form. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential security features may prevent the form from working correctly.
10. Your data-protection rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent and object to direct marketing at any time.
To exercise a right, use our contact form or write to Book A Corner Sociedad Limitada, Calle del Gobernador, 23, 28014 Madrid, Spain. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and protect your data.
If you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) or the competent authority in your country.
11. Children
The Crenex website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. A person under 18 should not submit personal data through the website without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, providers, services or legal obligations change. The version published on this page will apply from the time it is made available.
